Documentation
Definition
The entry in this field defines how the list is to be compressed and sorted.
Use:
This parameter defines the sequence for sorting (and compressing) data. Each parameter column stands for a sort criteria.
The 'Sort criteria' parameter defines the meaning of the columns. The individual columns have the following meaning (from left to right):
S - SI institution
B - company code
W - personnel area
B - personnel subarea
A - employment status
0 - 5 can be assigned as entries, and may be used only once!
Example:
1. Entry: 12300
Sort according to SI institution, company code, personnel area
2. Entry: 21003
Sort according to company code, SI institution, employment status
Check: Each of the numbers 1 - 5 may be used only once.
0 may be set as often as desired.
The numbers must start with 1, and be assigned in ascending order.
The sequence can be set as desired.
Examples: 12340
12340
01200
21340
If the second column contains a '0' (compress according to company codes), the parameter for table 511K must be entered.
