Definition

You can use this parameter to define criteria for wage type sorting.
You can choose the following criteria:
1 = Company code
2 = Personnel area
3 = Personnel subarea
4 = Cost center
5 = Employee group
6 = Employee subgroup
7 = Organizational unit

The parameter is seven characters long. You can therefore use only seven sort criteria simultaneously. Sort criteria can be assigned at random.
The sort sequence is defined by the sequence of the specified sort criteria.

Examples

  1. You want to sort wage types according to company code, personnel area and cost center.
    Solution: Sort sequence ... 124
    The other sort criteria do not apply and therefore do not need to be entered in this field.
  2. Parameter default:
    Sort sequence... 123
    results in sorting according to:
    Company code, personnel area, personnel subarea
