Use
When reports are being executed, the SORT indicator controls the formatting of selected personnel numbers.
Example
If you want the selected personnel numbers to be sorted according to day and month, set the Sort according to month/day indicator.

The list is sorted according to the specified features.
The meaning of the individual columns from left to right is as follows:
- 1st character: 'G' SI group
- 2nd character: 'S' SI body
- 3rd character: 'A' Payroll accounting area
- 4th character: 'B' Company code
- 5th character: 'W' Personnel area
- 6th character: 'B' Personnel subarea
Procedure
Enter a number between '1' and '6' to define the sort sequence of the sort string (e.g. SI body). If a particular sort string should not be taken into account, enter '0'.
The numbers '1' to '6' may be assigned only once. The number '0' can be set as often as required. Strings are sorted in ascending order starting with '1'. The order of the numbers can be assigned at random.
Do not use blanks.
