Use
Procedure
Enter the name of the SAPoffice user you want to substitute for. When you press ENTER to confirm, the system sets the following:
- The period for which you are defined as substitute.
- Which folders you can access in the mailbox of the person you are substituting for.

The User name field contains a code that represents a particular system user.
Procedure
In CREATE mode, use this field to identify the user who is responsible for co-ordinating communications within an organizational unit. To do so:
- type in the appropriate code.
In CHANGE mode, enter a different user ID by typing over the existing one.

Use
The Owner field contains the user ID of the person who owns, or has created, an electronic mail distribution list for a particular organizational unit.
Often, the user ID shown in this field will be the same as that in the User Name field. However, it is possible that the person responsible for co-ordinating communications is not the same person who created an organizational unit's distribution list.
Procedure
In CREATE mode, use this field to identify the user who owns a distribution list. To do so:
- type in the appropriate code.
In CHANGE mode, enter a different user ID by typing over the existing ID.
