Definition

Folder in which document, distribution list or folder is created.

Use

Procedure

If you want to create the document, distribution list or folder in a folder other than the default folder, you have the following options:

  • Using the possible entries pushbutton or the function target folder display a dialog window to search for folders.
  • Enter the full name of the new target folder.
  • Enter a character string and end it with *.
    • Confirm the entry with ENTER.
      The system searches (in private or shared folders) for folders whose names contain this character string. If one file is found it is displayed in the field target folder. If several files are found these are displayed as options.
    • If you press the possible entries pushbutton instead of ENTER you go to the dialog window for folder search. Your search criteria are pre-set. If required, you can change the folder area (private or shared) here.
