The resubmission attributes are displayed in this field:

  • Once
    if a single resubmission is involved.
  • Every X days, weeks, months, years
    if a periodic resubmission is involved.
  • Lead time
    if a lead time was defined for the resubmission.
  • Trigger
    if the resubmission depends on certain attributes.

Examples

  1. If you display all recipients you can see the following attributes:
    DN: Done
    The recipient has personally acted upon the document.
    DN-xx = Date: Done
    A document which required action was acted upon. The field '-x' is replaced by the group in which the document was set to 'Done'. The date on which the document was set to 'Done' is also specified.
    IP: In process
    A document requiring action is being processed.
    IP-xx: In process
    '-xx' is replaced by the group in which one of the members set the document to 'In process'.
    In transit since date: The document is still in transit
    The document sent externally was retrieved from the queue by the SAPcomm communications server on the date specified but has not yet been placed in the recipient's inbox.
    Received: The document has been received
    The document sent externally has been received in the recipient's inbox.
    SD future: Send date is in the future
    The document was sent to at least one further recipient with a postdated send date.
    SD=Date:
    This attribute is displayed to the author of a document. The document is placed in the recipient's inbox on the date specified.
    Sending not successful:
    The document could not be sent externally.
    TA-xx ToDo by another user
    Another user has taken action on the document which required action. '-xx' is replaced by the group in which action was taken upon the document.
    TD: ToDo
    The document must be acted upon by the recipient personally.
    TD-xx ToDo
    The document still requires action. Here '-xx' stands for the group by which the document is to be acted upon.
    TF: ToDo forwarded
    A ToDo document was forwarded with the attribute TD. The attribute TF is now set for the forwarder, the recipient receives the document with TD.
    TF-xx: ToDo forwarded
    '-xx' is replaced by the group to which the document was originally sent with the attribute TD.
    VW=Date: Viewed
    A document received was viewed on the date specified. This status does not apply to documents which were placed in the inbox as a resubmission.
    Waiting: The document has not yet been transmitted
    The document sent externally is still in the queue.
  2. If you display the private recipients, the following attributes are displayed in addition to those listed above:

    AF: Automatic forwarding
    The document was forwarded automatically to this recipient.
    BC: Blind copy
    The document is a blind copy. Only the sender and recipient of the blind copy can see this attribute.
    CC: Copy
    The document is a copy.
    CH: Correspondence history
    There is a correspondence history for this document.
    EX: Express
    The document is an express message.
    NF: No forwarding
    The document cannot be forwarded.
    NP: No printing
    The document cannot be printed.
    RR: Reply required
    The document still requires a reply.
    RS = Date: Reply sent
    A reply to the document was sent on the specified date.

  1. The following send attributes currently exist:

    BC[=x]: Blind copy
    The document was sent to x recipients as a blind copy (no Office users except you and the recipients know this).
    CC[=x]: Copy
    The document was sent to x recipients as a copy.
    EX[=x]: Express
    The document is sent to x recipients as an express message.
    NF: No forwarding
    The document cannot be forwarded by the recipient.
    NP: No printing
    The document cannot be printed by the recipient.
    RR[=x]: Reply required
    The document must be replied to by x recipients.
    TD[=x]: ToDo
    The document must be acted upon by x recipients.
  2. The following status attributes are currently active:

    DN[=x]: Done
    The document was acted upon by x recipients.
    IP[=x]: In process
    The document was accessed by x recipients for processing.
    PM: Processing possible
    The system assigns this attribute to documents which can be processed.
    RS[=x]: Reply sent
    A reply to the document was sent by x recipients.
    VW[=x]: Viewed
    The document was viewed by x recipients.
    WT: Waiting
    The document is to be sent externally. The document is first placed in a queue, from where it is called by the central transmission unit (for example, X.400 server).

  1. The following send attributes currently exist:

    RR: Reply required
    The sender expects a reply from the recipient.
    TD[-x]: ToDo
    The sender expects all recipients to take action on the document. Here '-x' stands for the group in which the document was acted upon.
    CC: Copy
    The sender sends a copy of the document.
    BC: Blind copy
    The sender sends a copy of the document to a recipient, no one else knows this copy exists.
    EX: Express
    The sender sends the message express.
    NF: No forwarding
    The sender wants to prevent the document from being forwarded.
    NP: No printing
    The sender wants to prevent the recipient from printing the copy.
  2. The following status attributes are currently active:

    VW: Viewed
    The system assigns the attribute as soon as you have selected the received document.
    RS: Reply sent
    A reply to a document was sent.
    TA[-x]: ToDo by another
    Another user has already assigned the ToDo document the status attribute In process. The field '-x' is replaced by the group, in which the document was acted upon.
    IP: In process
    A user sets a ToDo document to In process. This user must eventually act upon the document.
    DN[-x]: Done
    The ToDo document has been assigned the status Done. The field '-x' is replaced by the group, in which the document was set to Done.
    TF[-x]: ToDo forwarded
    The system assigns this attribute to the forwarded ToDo document. The field '-x' is replaced by the group to which the document was originally sent with the attribute TD.
    PM: Processing possible
    The system assigns this attribute to documents which can be processed.
    CH: Correspondence
    This attribute is assigned to a document as soon as it has a correspondence history.
