Documentation
Definition
Folder in which the document, distribution list, or folder is created.
Use
Procedure
If you want to create the document, distribution list, or folder in another folder than that preset, you have the following options:
- Using the Possible entries pushbutton or the function Target folder, display a dialog box for searching for folders.
- Enter the complete name of the new target folder.
- Enter a character string and end it with *.
- Press ENTER to confirm.
A search is carried out in the relevant folders (private or shared) for folders whose names contain this character string. If one folder is found, it is entered in the field Target folder. If several folders are found, they are displayed for selection. - If you press the Possible entries pushbutton instead of ENTER, a dialog box is displayed for searching for folders. Your search criteria have already been entered. If necessary, you can change the folder area here (private or shared).
