Use

Select whether a message is to be placed in your inbox if a send status is confirmed for a document that was sent externally.

Dependencies

You can only receive a message for the confirmation types that you have selected in the field Confirm send status.

Example

You specify the following:

• Always confirm send status
• In case of errors also place confirmed send status in inbox .

In this case, you can monitor the send status in the recipient list of the document (for example, in your outbox). There you can also see whether the document was sent successfully, for example. If an error should occur during the send process, this is displayed in the recipient list and you also receive a message in your inbox.
