Definition

This field indicates whether the document or resubmission was sent. If it could not be sent, there is a message to that effect.

Messages when a document (D) was sent:

  • Document sent
    The document was sent to the recipient.
  • Already sent to recipient
    A document can only be sent to a recipient once. If you want to send the document to the same recipient again, create a copy and send this. Or create a resubmission for the document and send that.
  • No send authorization
    You want to send the document externally, but do not have an authorization in your user master to send externally.

Messages when a resubmission (R) was sent:

  • Resubmission sent
    The resubmission was successfully created for the recipient.
  • Document not yet sent
    A resubmission can only be sent if the document has already been sent once within the SAP system.
  • Distribution list does not exist
    The distribution list specified is not known to the system.
  • Recipient cannot be reached
    Either the recipient name is not correct, or the recipient is not known in the SAP system as an SAP or Office user.
  • Office name not known
    The specified recipient is not an Office user. A resubmission cannot therefore be defined for him/her.
  • Object locked
    The recipient or substitute is processing a resubmission for the document. It is a temporary problem. Repeat the send process for the specified recipient.
  • Database error
    A database error occurred during transmission of the document.
  • Incorrect input data
    The resubmission is not defined correctly. Please note that the date of the first resubmission must be after the send date. You should also bear in mind that the recipient may only allow resubmissions on workdays.
  • No entry in user master
    There is no entry in the user master for the specified recipient.
  • Unknown error occurred
    Error could not be defined precisely.
