Attribute which can be assigned to a document when it is sent and which remains attached to it.

Examples

The following send attributes exist:

  • RR: Reply required
    The sender expects a reply from the recipient.
  • TD: ToDo
    The sender expects the recipient to take action on the document.
  • EX: Express
    The sender sends the message per express.
  • BC: Blind copy
    The sender sends a copy of the document to a recipient, no one else knows this copy exists.
  • NP: No printing
    The sender wants to prevent the recipient from printing the document.
  • CC: Copy
    The sender sends a copy of the document.
  • NF: No forwarding
    The sender wants to prevent the document from being forwarded.
