Examples
For example, if you mark three recipients with a 1, they are combined into group 1. Only one recipient from group 1 needs to take action on the document.
There are several possible entries for this field. If you mark the
field with an "X", the corresponding recipient must peronally take action on the document.
You can also assign several recipients to a group. To do this mark the corresponding recipients with a "1", which means that the recipients are collected as one group. Only one of the recipients needs to take action on the document. For grouping the recipients you can use the numbers 0-9.
