You can enter SAPoffice user names, SAP user names, private distribution lists, shared distribution lists, and addresses as the recipient. You must specify the recipient type for each recipient (exception: SAPoffice users) in the adjacent field.
Procedure
Enter the recipient.
You can search for SAPoffice users, distribution lists, and addresses:
- select the required entry in the menu option Details or
- start the search with F4.
