Documentation

Definition

Specifies the number of days after which a document is automatically deleted.

Use

For documents in the outbox the number entered here is added to the creation date or copy date and the document is deleted once this date has been reached.

If the outbox serves as a store for documents sent, you should specify an expiration date in order to prevent this store becoming too big.

Dependencies

The expiration date set for the outbox is also valid for documents that have not been assigned an expiration date themselves or whose expiration date is later.
