Use
If you search for documents using the search function and enter the sort term as a search criterion, all documents which were assigned this sort term are displayed.
Examples
The sort term DOKU is assigned to all documents which have something to do with documentation.
Dependencies
Sort terms cannot be assigned to folders and distribution lists.
