If this field is selected, the folder, distribution list, or the document is marked as "Standard".
Use
If a substitute logs on in your mailbox, he/she can access standard folders, standard distribution lists, and standard documents.
If a standard document is sent, and the recipient has activated automatic forwarding for all documents, the standard document is forwarded. If the recipient has set automatic forwarding for functional documents only, it is not forwarded.
