Definition
Controls whether users cannot use the recipient type external address to send externally.
Use
Select this field together with the field external sending only via address management if users are not to send externally in this system.
Note:
If you only disallow external sending via address management, it is not possible to enter external addresses directly. In spite of this, users can send to these addresses by using, for example, the function fax entry.
Dependencies
If you select all three fields in the frame send restrictions the send function is deactivated in the whole of SAPoffice.
