Use
Select whether the document is to be changeable by all users, by the author only or not at all.
Dependencies
Example
Other users can access the documents that you create if, for example, you send the documents to them, put the documents in shared folders or define substitutes. You can define documents that have sensitive contents as not changeable so that they are not changed. You can assign the attribute changeable by all to other documents, for example discussion papers.
