Use

You can specify the entry in this field from which the list should be displayed. With the exception of address names, you must specify the entry type in the adjacent field.

Procedure

Examples

If you enter 'H', it has the following effect:

  • The system searches for the first entry which begins with 'H' or a subsequent letter (if there are no 'H' entries).
  • This entry and those following it in the list are displayed.

Dependencies

Supplementary Documentation - SO_LST_ENT0002

Use

If you make an entry in this field, all distribution lists are listed which contain this entry. With the exception of address names, the entries must be assigned an indicator in the adjacent field.

Procedure

Examples

Examples: Entering address names

There are various ways in which you can enter address names:

  • Generic entry (with *):
    • a* b*
All users are listed whose first name starts with A and surname with B, or whose surname starts with A and first name with B.

All users are listed whose first name or surname starts with "Jon".
  • Enter the company name
    Please observe the following conventions:
If you only enter the company name or the company name and first name or surname, two commas must be entered before the company name.
If you enter the first name, surname, and company name, you do not need to enter any commas.
The company name must always come last.
    • , ,testco
