Documentation

Use

The number entered is added to the creation or change date of the documents stored in the folder. The documents are automatically deleted when the date calculated has been reached.

This prevents a folder becoming too big. It should be used for folders containing documents whose information value is limited in time.

Dependencies

No entry means that the folder contains no expiration date. In this case documents are only automatically deleted if they themselves contain an expiration date.

If a folder and a document stored in it specify different expiration dates for the document, the earliest date is taken as the deletion date.

Use

Only those documents which have been in shared trash for at least the specified number of days are deleted.

Dependencies

This function deletes only the pointer from the document to the trash. A reorganization is needed to physically remove the documents from the database.
