Definition
Specifies the criteria according to which the users' subscribed folders are sorted when shared folders are called up.
Use
The following sorts can be selected:
- unviewed / viewed documents
if folders that contain documents unviewed by the user are to be listed before those which only contain documents viewed by the user.
- according to name
if the folders are to be listed in alphabetical order.
- private sort
if the folders are to be listed according to a private sort.
Dependencies
The field private sort can only be selected if the user has created such a sort for his or her subscribed folders. Users can create a private sort in the folder structure for subscribed folders via Settings --> Set private sort.
