Use
Links are created in the private folders that you specify in this field to all documents sent by you. This is advisable if you want to keep the majority of your documents for longer than the expiration date specified in the outbox.
You can also call this function separately yourself when sending by specifying in the send screen a folder in which a link is to be created to the document sent.
Dependencies
Once you have specified and confirmed the folder name, the title of the folder is automatically entered in the field below.
