Definition
Name of a folder with a maximum of 12 characters.
Folders are files in which various documents and distribution lists can be stored. A folder can contain other folders. The private and shared folders are structured on this basis.

Procedure
You can specify an entry in this field from which the list should be displayed.
Examples
If you enter 'H', it has the following effect:
- The system searches for the first entry which begins with 'H' or a subsequent letter (if there are no 'H' entries).
- This entry and those following it in the list are displayed.

Use
You can enter criteria in this field for searching in the private or shared folders.
Procedure
Enter a folder name or a string (ending with *).
Examples
If you enter h*, all folders whose name begins with "H" are displayed.

Use
The procedure used depends on the field label:
- Copy to folder
If the document does not yet exist in a folder, you can choose a folder in which to save the document. - Delete from folder
If the document already exists in a folder, you can specify whether the document should be deleted from it.
Procedure
If you want to copy the document to a different private folder than that predefined, you have the following options:
- Display your private folders using the Possible entries pushbutton.
- Enter the complete name of the folder.
- Enter a character string, end it with * and press ENTER to confirm.
The system searches for private folders whose names contain this character string. If one folder is found, it is entered. If several folders are found, they are displayed for selection.
