Dependencies
You can assign the recipients (except for address names) an indicator in the adjacent field, for example P for a private distribution list. If this is not done, a search is started via the possible recipient types (in the sequence address name, external address in the address management, distribution list, fax number, Internet address, X.400 address, X.500 address, remote SAP name, organizational unit). The search is ended when one or more hits are found for a recipient type or when no hits are found for a recipient type. If there are several hits, they are displayed in a list from which a selection can be made.
Enter, for example, di*. There are two address names containing this character string (for example, Henry Dixon and Diana Miller). They are displayed. The distribution lists with the names Distribution list 1 and Distribution list 2 are not found.
