Definition

Specifies whether an attachment can be changed. The following statuses can be displayed:

• Modifiable
  In the shared folders, this indicates that all users who have a change authorization for the shared folder involved can change the attachment.
  In the private folders, this indicates that the sender and all recipients can change the attachment after it has been sent.
• Can be changed by author
  In the shared folders, this indicates that the attachment can only be changed by the author and those with an administration authorization.
  In the private folders, this indicates that the author can change the attachment after it has been sent. The recipients cannot change the attachment.
• Not modifiable
  In the private folders, this indicates that the attachment cannot be changed by the sender nor the recipients after it has been sent.
