Documentation
Definition
Display showing that automatic forwarding has been defined. The
following are stated:
- the period for which automatic forwarding is activated,
- the first user (recipient), to whom mail is forwarded.
Note
Several automatic forwardings can be defined for various periods. Only one automatic forwarding (to one user/recipient) can be defined for one period.
Use
Automatic forwarding means that each document sent to a user is
forwarded automatically to another user (recipient). You can hence forward your inbox to an external fax number, for example.
In your office user, select Substitute/fwd. to define automatic forwarding.
Dependencies
All documents are forwarded, regardless of send attributes such as "Secret" or "No forwarding".
