Users are grouped together. They can be assigned an individual access authorization.
Example
- Folder area: Client:
You have defined access authorization 2 for the client folder. However, users Green and Goldman should only be able to read the documents and the folder header. Enter the users and access authorization 1. - Folder area: Group:
You have defined access authorization 3 for the group folder. Users Meyer, Miller, Jones, and Henry are to be grouped together, and Henry is only to have access authorization 1. Enter the four users and assign Henry the required access authorization.
