Definition

Specifies the authorizations with which users can access the folder.

Use

With each entry you can assign one of three access authorizations:

Access authorization 1 - Display authorization

Users can display folder header data as well as the documents and distribution lists in the folder and send to the distribution lists stored in the folder.

Access authorization 2 - Change authorization

In addition to display authorization, users can create and change documents in the folder.

Access authorization 3 - Authorization to change folders

In addition to change authorization, users can change the folder header data as well as create and change folders and distribution lists in the folder.

Dependencies

If you do not specify any access authorizations, the default access authorization in the field folder access authorization is entered.
