Use
The confidentiality of documents can not be guaranteed when you send to external addresses, for example, fax or Internet. If a user has set automatic forwarding to an external address, all documents are forwarded to this address. In this case, the sender of a confidential document who has specified the internal address of the user does not know that his message is being sent externally.
By selecting this field you prevent confidential documents being sent to external addresses in this system. In this case, confidential documents also remain in the workplace inbox of the recipients who have documents forwarded to an external address.
