Use
Attribute=n indicates the number of recipients who have responded to an attribute (example: VW=2, document was read by two recipients) or should respond to an attribute (example: RR=3, a reply is required from 3 recipients).
Attribute=date specifies the date when a recipient responded (example: VW=01.02.93, document was read on 1.2.93).
Examples
The abbreviations mean the following:
VW: The document was read.
RR: The sender requires a reply.
RS: A reply was sent to the sender.
TD: Action is required by all recipients.
CA: The recipient must check the action.
IP: The recipient has accessed the document for processing.
OP: Another recipient has accessed the document for processing.
DN: Done. Action has been taken.
A ToDo attribute combined with a number (n) means that the attribute applies to the recipients of the group n.
CC: The recipient has received the document as a copy.
BC: The recipient has received the document as a blind copy.
NF: The document cannot be forwarded; it cannot be sent further.
NP: The document cannot be printed.
EX: The recipient received the document as an express message.
PR: Indicates the priority of the document for the send process
(9 high, 1 low).
PM: It is possible to process the document.
