Users with display authorization can
- Display folder header data and the documents and distribution lists in the folder
- Send to distribution lists stored in the folder
Dependencies
If you select this field, the display authorization is valid
- For client folders, for all users
- For group folders, for all users that are listed on the tab page authorizations.
