The amount by which the replenishment result is allowed to fall below the maximum level or exceed the minimum safety level in terms of a percentage.
Use
The safety percentage can be used with the replenishment method parameter .
Dependencies
Example
You use the replenishment method Replenish to Maximum stock level. The Maximum stock level is 200 pieces and the Safety Percentage is 10%. The replenishment calculation only fills up to 180 pieces (200 - 10%).
You use the replenishment method Replenish to Minimum stock level. The Minimum stock level is 50 pieces and the Safety Percentage is 10%. The replenishment calculation fills up to 55 pieces (50 + 10%).
