Definition

Indicates the processing trigger for starting the calculation of the replenishment proposals.

Use

When a ProductActivityMessage is received by the system, the value of the processing trigger determines further processing.

Possible values are

  • A: Automatically

    This means the system executes the calculation of the replenishment proposals automatically.

  • B: Automatically via batch job

    This means the calculation of the replenishment proposals will be executed by the report SMI_BATCH_PROCESSOR, which should be scheduled periodically.

    Note that if you use this parameter, you need the report to process these materials, otherwise they remain in the system unprocessed.

  • M: Manually via transaction

    This means the system stops processing the material. You can process the material manually using the SD SMI Monitor.
