Procedure

You have the following options for determining the amount:

  • Leave the field blank. The system determines the amount on the basis of the amount in the transaction currency of the exchange rate entered in the document header or defined for global settings in Customizing.
    To determine the exchange rate defined in Customizing, the system uses the posting date of the document, provided that no currency translation date was entered.
  • Enter the amount manually.
