Definition
With this indicator you specify that the system skips the initial screen of Manager's Desktop and immediately calls up a particular theme category (for example Employees or Organization). The first time you access Manager's Desktop the system displays the theme category and the tab page that were entered first in customizing.
After that, when you access Manager's Desktop the system calls up the last theme category and within that the last tab page you displayed.
