Definition

The Package Exception attribute allows the user to breach the usage rules defined in the package concept; it is primarily intended for generated programs or system programs.

The following levels are possible for each development object:

  • No exception
  • Exception as user (the development object can use any other development object directly)
  • Exception as provider (the development object can be used by any other development object directly)
  • Exception as user and provider
