Definition

If you select this radio button, the system does not regenerate objects that have a language conflict. A language conflict can occur only for already generated objects. The conflict comes into play, if you are currently logged on to the system in another language than the user has been who has generated the object for the first time.

Use

Dependencies

To avoid a language conflict, you can check the original language of the object before you regenerate it. To do so, proceed as follows:

  1. Navigate to transaction SIW.
  2. Open your project in the Explorer tree, and select the implementation node.
  3. Navigate to the objects tab, and find your object in the generated objects list.
  4. Go to the original language field of the object. Depending on the displayed language, proceed as follows:
    • If the original language of the object does not correspond to your current log on language, log out and log on to the system again in the original language of the object.
    • If the original language of the object corresponds to your current log on language, you can regenerate the object. There is no language conflict.
    • If the field of the original language of the object does not contain any language, , you can regenerate the object. There is no language conflict.
