Documentation

Definition

The sort criteria define the order in which the entries in the folder are displayed. A maximum of five sort criteria can be specified.

Use

Procedure

1. Look at the attributes under "Remaining columns" which are available as group criteria. Select the required columns and select Edit -> Insert column.
2. The sequence of the selected columns can be changed as follows:
1. Select one or more of the columns under "Sort / Sort sequence".
2. Position the cursor on the column under which the selected column(s) should be moved.
3. Select Move column or double click on the target column.
3. The sort sequence (ascending or descending order) can be defined by the user by clicking on the icon.
