Classification option for workflow objects (work items) and SAPoffice documents. For example, SAP editor documents are assigned the type RAW and SAPscript documents the type SCR.
This classification resulted in the definition of work item types for work items.
The following work item types are visible to the user in the integrated inbox:
- Dialog steps:
They represent work items to be processed by the user.
- Completion notifications:
They show the user that another work item has been processed correctly.
- Deadline notifications:
They show the user that a deadline of another work item has been exceeded.
