Definition

The hierarchy tree is determined using the group function.

Use

You can decide whether the hierarchy tree is displayed when selecting a pushbutton configuration. If this is the case, there should be at least one column in the group.

Procedure

  1. Look at the attributes under "Remaining columns" which are available as group criteria. Select the required columns and select Edit -> Insert column.
  2. The sequence of the selected columns can be changed as follows:
    1. Select one or more of the columns under "Sort / Sort sequence".
    2. Position the cursor on the column under which the selected column(s) should be moved.
    3. Select Move column or double click on the target column.
  3. The sort sequence (ascending or descending order) can be defined by the user by clicking on the icon.

So that the hierarchy tree is displayed when the inbox is called, the configuration must be defined as a pushbutton and initial configuration.
