Definition
The filter function restricts the display of documents in the folder.
Use
For example, you can specify that only the documents you have not yet viewed are to be displayed.
Procedure
- Select one of the columns under "Remaining columns".
- Select Edit -> Insert column
The selected column is inserted under "Filter". - Select Set column values.
- Make the entries you require in the next screen and select Execute.
- Select Back to return to the previous screen.
