Definition

Depending on the settings, the signatory is either allowed or not allowed to add a remark from a list of preformulated remarks, to the signature that has been executed. The existence of remarks depends on the relevant application.

If a remark is required, the user can only execute the digital signature once they have selected a remark.

Further notes

This setting is only valid for signature objects that have been created in SAP systems with a release higher than 4.6C.
