Definition
A BOR-compatible local persistent object reference (LPORB) identifies a (persistent) object within a (logical) SAP System in a compatible form that until now identifies instances of BOR object types. (BOR = Business Object repository). An LPORB cannot be used for system-wide or client-wide identification of objects.
The structure of an LPORB is described by the structureSIBFLPORB.
The unstructured format defined here obeys the exactly the same rules but has no formal structure. The characteristics of this unstructured format consists of:
- 70 characters representing the instance identifier
- Followed by 32 characters representing the type identifier
- Followed by 2 characters representing the category identifier.
