Use

In order to group the customers, enter the upper interval limit. The upper limit of an entry is the lower limit for the following entry. Note that entries with special characters and numerical values take precedence over alphabetical entries.

Examples

Processor BA should be responsible for customers A - G, processor BB should be responsible for customers H - Z.

Maintain the following entries for fields Up to Name and Processor:

• Up to Name 'G', Processor 'BA'
• Up to Name 'Z', Processor 'BB'
