Definition

Name of a sharing domain

Use

Sharing domains are used to organize the namespace of shared closures. They are arranged hierarchically, that is, sharing domains can contain other sharing domains as well as shared closures. Fully qualified names of sharing domains are linked to one another by "/",starting with the outer sharing domain up to the sharing domain in question. An example is vmc/cache. Sharing domains and shared closures can be displayed in transaction SM53 in the area shared closures.
