Use

Meaning of possible values:

  • Industry: Business functions for industry solutions must be assigned to a business function set so that they can be accessed in transaction SFW5.

  • Enterprise Extensions:    The enterprise extensions are independent of the industries. Business functions of this type can no longer be created. They are based, for the most part, on classic BAdI implementations that are nested through Table TBE11. As long as no business function set is selected in transaction SFW5, or one of the visibility 'Selectable (implicit)', you will find business functions of this type below the generated node ''Enterprise_Extensions'. If no business function set of visibility 'Selectable' is activated, the enterprise extension must be contained in this so as to be visible in transaction SFW5.

  • Enterprise Business Function: These generally come from enhancement packages. As long as no business function set is selected in transaction SFW5, or one of the visibility 'Selectable (implicit)', you will find business functions of this type beneath the generated node 'Enterrpise_Business_Functions'. If a business function set of the visibility 'Selectable' is activated, the enterprise extensions must be contained in this in order to be visible in transaction SFW5.

  • BI Enhancement: BI enhancements are activated through BI tools. They are not displayed in transaction SWF5.    

  • Technical Function: Only for internal SAP use.
