Use
Procedure
Examples
You choose After rounding (1).
52 liters of tomato juice are requested in a purchase requisition.
If you order 5 bottles containing 10 liters each, the vendor offers a lower price. Via a rounding profile, you are allowed to round the 52 liters down to 50 liters.
Although you do not order the full quantity shown in the requisition, the latter is nevertheless set to "closed".
You choose Always (2).
52 liters of tomato juice are requested in a purchase requisition.
You order only 45 liters in the associated purchase order.
Although you do not order the full quantity shown in the requisition, the latter is nevertheless set to "closed".
Note
If you have specified that the closed indicator is always to be set, the purchase requisition counts as irrevocably closed. It remains closed even if the associated purchase order is subsequently deleted.
