Definition

You can output separating pages for control breaks if you set parameters accordingly.

This parameter is used to output separating pages for a control break. Each column of the parameter which is in the input mode stands for (sort) criterion.

The 'Sort criteria' parameter helps in determining the meaning of the columns. The columns have the following meaning (from left to right):

• G - municipality
• A - payroll accounting area
• B - company code
• W - personnel area
• B - personnel subarea
• A - employment status

Separating pages can only be output if the sort feature is not used to summarize data; the 'sort sequence' may not be '0'.

Separating pages are output after a control break.

Check:
The numbers 1 - 6 must be in the same column as the sort parameter.
