If you set this indicator, the system lists all purchase requisitions that have to be released (approved) in their entirety.

Depending on the scope-of-list parameter, you see either all items belonging to a purchase requisition or only one "header line" per requisition item.
If you see all items and release one of them, the entire requisition is released.
