Definition

The Object selection fields are used to enter standard settings.

If you do not enter data in the Date field on the initial screen of the Human Resources Information System, these settings determine the standard evaluation period used by the system.

If objects must be included in an evaluation depending on when they are valid (for example, January 01 1994 to December 31 9999), enter an evaluation period. The system evaluates all of the objects that are valid within this period.

Use

To determine the standard selection period, enter the start date in the first field, and the end date in the second field.

NOTE: If you do not want to restrict the evaluation this way, do not enter any data in the Object selection fields.
