Use
Maintenance of cost center accrual calculation consists of several objects that need to be maintained successively.
Overhead rates are percentages used to calculate the accrual values (to be posted) from the values in the basis cost elements. You can maintain these rates in more detail, depending on the access sequence used. In the standard system, differentiation by plan or actual accrual calculation, cost center, and controlling area is possible.
Procedure
The maintenance objects are overhead condition types.
- Create the overhead condition types required
- Assign an access sequence to the overhead condition types
- Next, specify the overhead rates
These conditions can also be used for interim invoices, for example, for multilevel overheads, for initial determination of a part of the calculation base to which the overheads are to be applied.
